25 Feet Height ADU will now be permitted, allowing two story structures.
4 Feet front setbacks. This will allow people to build ADU in their front lawn.
Renting restriction are set to 30 days minimum and no longer allow for short term rentals.
ADU now can be considered as a multifamily property.
How many ADUs will I be allowed to build on my multifamily residential property?
You are allowed to have up to 2 detached ADUs.
Will I be allowed to build a two story ADU?
Yes, depending on your design and architectural drawing and if the city will permit your proposal. The maximum height has been pushed up to 25 feet allowing a story house.
